All these guys love to train their upper body, some love to train biceps, others enjoy doing bench presses. And still not getting the desired results. First of all, we have understand, why SQUATS are so important? Squat is a compound exercise, An exercise which involves two or more joints in it, is called compound exercise. Squat involves a number of joints throughout its movement i.e. ankles,hip joint,back joint and more importantly knees.The more the involvement of joints, more the number of muscles get engaged, which means there are more chances of more growth as more TESTOSTERONE is produced.
